For me, 2025 was the worst and the best year at the same time.

You get to choose to either move forward or move on

Moving on means letting things, people, experiences GO & moving forward means continuing to grow but taking some with you.

Neither is wrong - for example, you might move forward if you're grieving the loss of a loved one. You might move on if you’ve been betrayed.

This year, I’m moving on to create the life I deserve

Whatever you choose, I hope you receive joy and love in your life
