As we move into Phase 3 of Nova Scotia’s reopening plan, we would like to inform our clients that as per our associations recommendations we will continue to operate under our same procedures for at least the next month.

Procedures are: wearing a mask while in the clinic and during treatments, waiting in your vehicle until we are able to get you in and also rescheduling treatments if you feel unwell. We would like to thank all of our clients for your patience and cooperation throughout the last two years! Your safety and comfort is our main priority and we will continue to monitor the situation and abide by association instructions.

Time sure flies quickly! 4 weeks down and 2 weeks to go before I am returning to work. At this time I am working through my call list, and will be contacting everyone who had indicated to do so before my maternity leave. I do apologize for any delays in rebooking, but I will do my best to get people booked in as efficiently as possible! I am so very lucky to have a job I love, and even luckier to have such wonderful clients!

Today marks my last day of work until we welcome our new bundle to the Germani Clan. (Hopefully real soon!)

As we approach September 15th. 2021, and the beginning of Phase 5 reopening plan Megan and I would like to insure all of our clients that we will continue to take every precaution to provide a safe and comfortable clinic space for all our wonderful clients. At this time our association (MTANS) has not changed their policy on masks or social distancing. We will continue on in the same manner we have been operating. All sanitizing will continue between every client, clients will still need to wear a mask within the clinic space and we will continue with having clients wait in their vehicles until the clinic is clear. We also ask that if you are feeling unwell to reschedule your appointments to a later date. We are so lucky to have such wonderful clients. and we appreciate your patience as we navigate through the next several months. Your health and safety is our main priority! If you have any questions or concerns about protocols at the clinic please do not hesitate to phone, text or email.

With August quickly coming to an end, I would like to make all of my clients aware of my plans concerning my maternity leave. With my due date in early October, I plan to stay working until the end of September. (Pending this little peanuts plans) I would like to thank you all for your patience, as my schedule is quite tight for the month of September and very few appointments are available at this time. With that being said, never hesitate to call or text and I will do my best to get you in or keep you in mind for any cancellations. Again, thank you for your continued support and I will keep everyone updated as the time moves closer for my maternity leave to become official.

Happy Monday!

As promised, I have been watching the numbers closely and monitoring the situation in Cape Breton and right across Nova Scotia.
I would just like to thank all of my clients for being upfront and honest when visiting the clinic! It has put my mind at ease.
With our numbers steadily climbing, and still some unknown as to positive case numbers yet to come, I have decided to restrict treatments to only those living in Victoria County at this time. This was not an easy decision for me, as I know all of my clients from all over the island are doing what they should to keep their families and communities safe. This is strictly a measure I am taking, to ensure contact tracing is possible quickly and efficiently if ever there comes that situation. I do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Today it was announced that we will be in a province wide lockdown starting tomorrow. It has been clarified by Dr. Strang, that during this time Registered Massage Therapists will still be allowed to continue treating. The safety of my clients is of utmost importance to me. At this time, I believe I can maintain a safe facility for treatments. I will be remaining open and will continue to monitor health guidelines and provincial alerts daily. If situations change, I will notify clients immediately.

With that being said, any clients who would prefer reschedule treatments to a later date, please do so! There is no pressure to keep your appointments.

Happy Sunday Folks!
This past week Nova Scotia has seen a rise in cases across the province. At this time, myself and Megan would like to assure you we are doing our part in making your visit to the clinic as safe as possible. With that being said, I would like to address our clinic policies regarding COVID 19:

1. We ask that you stay up to date on all exposure sites in our area, and if you have been at any potential exposure areas you notify us to reschedule your apt.
2. If you are feeling unwell, we ask that you please reschedule your apt. There is no cancellation policy and we are not concerned about notice. If you are unwell, just let us know 🙂
3. We ask that all clients please remain in your vehicles until we have waved you in. This ensures the space is clear for you, and has been properly disinfected before your arrival.

We are so thankful for our wonderful clients and I promise we will do our best to ensure your safe treatments as always.
