I’ve never seen anything like it. The waves of Lake Huron frozen in a moment of time. The sacred pause, the breathtaking stillness, the feeling of pure peace and calm. It was magical. Even for this northern girl who grew up ice fishing on an inland lake which always froze flat. It was like staring at a mountain view as the sunset and I could not be more grateful to share it with you 🙏🏼 I am sure we’ve had many lives here, here’s to more moments exactly like this for all of eternity xoxo

For as long as I can remember I have always felt out of place. Acutely aware that I was a black sheep and frequently told that I was different. Sometimes it was an energetic thing that I could just feel. Other times it was how I thought, felt or wanted to be in this world. I learned to dial myself back whenever I was called weird, too sensitive or too much.
That is until this beauty came along at the age of 8. She saw all of me and accepted it all. She never once judged me or called me any of those things. For once I felt “normal” and I began to see my differences as a strength because of her. She brought out the best in me and continues to every time we are together.
Today is her birthday and I wanted to honour her heart, her life, her soul from afar in some small way. She is not a fan of shout outs like this per se, but she is currently healing and could use the love beams and good juju being sent her way. chamberland thank you for being such a gift in this world and for your steadfast friendship for 30 years now. Every single little girl out there deserves someone like you to walk into their lives and stay. Through it all you stayed and that alone is such a gift.

We are in the final week for the year of the snake. A year of releasing, shedding old skins, patterns and habits. What loops are ready to end once and for all? I don’t doubt that it’s gotten far too heavy to carry any longer. So many of us are feeling tired, overstimulated and disregulated.
Dreams and meditations have been so vivid for weeks now. Snakes carrying me into meditations to show me how to effortlessly peel back my skin to release the old outdated layers. Like I’m cracking open to step out of an old dark shell to expose my purest light, which is multicoloured and shining brightly. A reminder that underneath it all, who we are is source energy. A divine light that shines beneath the surface giving us the courage, strength and energy to go on.
If like me you have been shedding, I invite you to look back at all that you have released. Write it out, shake it out, burn it down, make space for what you now wish to call in. I can’t wait to see how are you called to rise after all the shedding is complete and hold that vision for you next Monday in our New Moon Ceremony. 💖 Jennifer

Yesterday I shook as I made what feels like a bold statement on what I do for a living. To this day the witch wound, imposter syndrome and my inner child, who learned over the years how to keep herself safe, will show up from time to time. It doesn’t matter how many initiations or trainings I’ve had, how many mentors I have walked with or years that have gone by. And the reality is I’m ok with that. It makes me humble and honest. Real for my clients, not perfect. It reminds me that I am walking in my integrity when I am this aware of my actions and feelings, when I can witness each one with love and also hold myself accountable.
Everything I share is based on my own experiences walking this path back home to my own light. I have found so many incredible practices and practitioners to walk alongside with over the years. I have allowed myself the time to pause and integrate, to hold myself just as much as I land in safe spaces with others. A flow developed over time and to be honest it still keeps me guessing as the path is not linear.
Over the years I have also held dozens of clients that continue to remind me of the power of this work, why it matters and who I truly am as a space holder. In honesty most of what I said yesterday is the feedback I have heard from them time and again. But I think it goes without saying that I can never guarantee an outcome. What each persons needs and is ready for will change over time, it has for myself as well.
Which is why I am multidimensional, why I weave many modalities together and will continue too. Yet the underlying goal will always be the same - how can we cultivate more safety in our bodies to truly welcome in all parts, the fullest expression of you and your inner light. So you can return to this essence you carry and let go of anything not in this same vibration. Your light is the medicine, you are your greatest healer and the best creative project that you will ever work on.

I realize that my work is deeply multidimensional and sometimes hard to explain, but it’s also very simple at its core.
If you’ve been wondering what I actually do, this is it.
I help people clear the way for their authentic light to return and lead their life.
Whether that happens in ceremony, in private sessions or inside longer containers like The Threshold, the intention is always the same.
This felt important to name clearly; for myself, and for those who’ve been quietly finding their way here.
I have walked this path myself and alongside others. Time and again, I am in awe of the human spirit.
This is not about forcing or fixing, but about returning to our light.

Though I wish I had a better picture of what transpired at Fire and Flow on Sunday, and I were so deeply present holding such an intentional space. The truth is that it would have been near impossible to truly capture the feeling of it either way.
I landed on this powerful photo for numerous reasons. After a long hard January it was incredible to witness women setting it all down, breathing so deeply and moving that freely. We watched women go from being hesitant and softer in their movements to completely setting themselves free. Better yet cheering one another on as they built up to dancing and gave themselves permission to really take up space. The amount of joy, sacred femininity and laughter found in the room was so undeniable.
It was truly breathtaking to witness and we left with many takeaways. When women gather in smaller intentional circles like this, a tremendous amount of healing happens. And I believe for more than just those who were present in the room that night. We shifted so much for all of humanity, what has been stirring within women is awakening and rising.
This world will heal thanks to those who continue to gather in such intentional and fully present spaces. I am more sure of this now more than ever.

We step into a brand new month with a fiery, full moon and Imbolc. Honouring the halfway point between the winter solstice and the spring equinox. The light is slowly returning and the seeds beneath the surface of the earth are quietly stirring. Symbolic of hidden potential as well as emotional and physical renewal.
February 2026 is a month three in numerology. Represented by the Empress in the tarot, which is such a healing and fertile card. Symbolic of creation energy, the mother earth and nurturing our own light. This full moon is lending us the courage to create the change we wish to see in our lives and the world. February can feel like a breath of fresh air, and a glimmer of hope after the longer darker month of January. Yet it also has some big energies coming in.
I was called to the Inner Temple Oracle for some guidance on the month ahead. The saying “it’s always darkest before the dawn” came to mind as soon as I saw the card. A dark night of the soul suggests a deep initiation where we are being called to no longer silence or bypass our shadows. It asks that we hold all parts of ourselves with tenderness and compassion in order to heal for we cannot see the light without the dark.
This card is a powerful symbol of rebirth and transformation, which the world is currently under and we are all feeling. If you have felt lost, hopeless or full of grief, witness and love these feelings as they are simply our calling back into deep connection over separation. Taking time to reconnect to our soul and your why, to remember the sacred source energy that is all around you and within you. This is how we take our power back and create the change we wish to see. It all begins within.
We are crossing the threshold from the year of the snake into the year of the horse. We are also welcoming in the transformational energy of eclipse season this month. This is big and I would be so honoured to hold space for you during this transitional time. Either one on one or in our new online series Ceremony & Spirit beginning in two weeks.

The full moon in Leo rises Sunday, right at the start of a brand new month. This is the last moon before the year of the horse begins. Offering us an opportunity to fully dissolve that which is ready to go so we do not carry it into the new year.
This might be bringing up heaviness, grief, even anger. Allow yourself to feel it all as it’s making space for what’s true. The love and light we are made of, your souls fullest expression, your hearts deepest longing.
The reality is you already know what is out of alignment in your heart. Quietly and softly surrender the last bit that you know is ready to come apart. Trusting that endings always bring fresh new beginnings that are truly more heart centred.
Leo will encourage you to walk towards that which lights you up. Which means as you become more light, anything that doesn’t add to that will naturally fall away. Leo goes us the faith and courage over fear as we walk towards this light. I’ve been more quiet lately as I’m really struggling with the amount of toxic masculinity that, sadly after all this time, still exists in this world. It’s absolutely heartbreaking that we don’t have to look far to see cooperate greed and systems of oppression. People lying and fighting their way to the top, not caring about kindness, honesty or respect. We see poor behaviour rewarded with time, energy and money. Here on social media, in the news or at our own workplaces. People somehow above the law or rules yet promoted into positions of power vs held accountable for their actions. And everywhere you look people are arguing about which way is more right, like another persons experience doesn’t even matter, which only further adds to the fire.
When will it end? Will goodness ever get that same amount of time & attention? Will we ever see that we’re all in this together and start treating eachother with respect. As someone who tries to hold onto hope, love and light no matter what comes our way, I am beyond tired. A soul level weary tired. The other night all I could do was fall to my knees and break open for humanity. For all the souls out there with big hearts and dreams, the highly sensitive, hardworking souls with integrity who just can’t seem to get ahead and are instead victim to all the lies, disrespect and oppression.
I have seen visions of the future where this no longer wins and I believe it will come one day. Even though lately I am wondering when and how I can help shift it vs feed it. I feel at a loss and am choosing to simply hold space for all of the grief instead of hiding it, shaming it or pushing it away. While at the same time holding onto the light that I see in the healers, caretakers and friends who continually hold compassionate space and embody the light of the divine. I will choose to take tender care of my heart and continue to hold the hearts of others with reverence too. Maybe that’s all we can really do in these times. 💖

Words of affirmation have always been a love language of mine. There is something so deeply personal about a note specifically for you. This type of love letter is how I chose to channel messages from the time I stepped into my psychic mediumship certification.
Spiritual guidance is meant to be empowering, comforting, reassuring and uplifting. It should leave you feeling hopeful and loved, not illicit fear or tell you which way to go when you your heart is telling you another. The truth is you are a channel too and my favourite is helping you carve out the time and space for the practices that will reconnect you with this innate power.
Every once and awhile, I get the opportunity to channel these love letters from spirit too and it always amazes me the amount of love and support that comes through. These love letters are a part of the new eclipse series Ceremony & Spirit to give you the opportunity to feel this encouragement and connection from your loved ones. It can offer you a light when things around us get confusing, like a warm hug from spirit who knows we all could use this love right now.

We are moving towards the last Full Moon in the year of the snake. Situated right before the Eclipse Portal it’s no mistake it’s in a fire sign. Offering one last release to make way for your power and the season of transformation; with the eclipses, the horse energy and soon Spring.
