The full moon in Leo rises Sunday, right at the start of a brand new month. This is the last moon before the year of the horse begins. Offering us an opportunity to fully dissolve that which is ready to go so we do not carry it into the new year.
This might be bringing up heaviness, grief, even anger. Allow yourself to feel it all as it’s making space for what’s true. The love and light we are made of, your souls fullest expression, your hearts deepest longing.
The reality is you already know what is out of alignment in your heart. Quietly and softly surrender the last bit that you know is ready to come apart. Trusting that endings always bring fresh new beginnings that are truly more heart centred.
Leo will encourage you to walk towards that which lights you up. Which means as you become more light, anything that doesn’t add to that will naturally fall away. Leo goes us the faith and courage over fear as we walk towards this light. I’ve been more quiet lately as I’m really struggling with the amount of toxic masculinity that, sadly after all this time, still exists in this world. It’s absolutely heartbreaking that we don’t have to look far to see cooperate greed and systems of oppression. People lying and fighting their way to the top, not caring about kindness, honesty or respect. We see poor behaviour rewarded with time, energy and money. Here on social media, in the news or at our own workplaces. People somehow above the law or rules yet promoted into positions of power vs held accountable for their actions. And everywhere you look people are arguing about which way is more right, like another persons experience doesn’t even matter, which only further adds to the fire.
When will it end? Will goodness ever get that same amount of time & attention? Will we ever see that we’re all in this together and start treating eachother with respect. As someone who tries to hold onto hope, love and light no matter what comes our way, I am beyond tired. A soul level weary tired. The other night all I could do was fall to my knees and break open for humanity. For all the souls out there with big hearts and dreams, the highly sensitive, hardworking souls with integrity who just can’t seem to get ahead and are instead victim to all the lies, disrespect and oppression.
I have seen visions of the future where this no longer wins and I believe it will come one day. Even though lately I am wondering when and how I can help shift it vs feed it. I feel at a loss and am choosing to simply hold space for all of the grief instead of hiding it, shaming it or pushing it away. While at the same time holding onto the light that I see in the healers, caretakers and friends who continually hold compassionate space and embody the light of the divine. I will choose to take tender care of my heart and continue to hold the hearts of others with reverence too. Maybe that’s all we can really do in these times. 💖

Words of affirmation have always been a love language of mine. There is something so deeply personal about a note specifically for you. This type of love letter is how I chose to channel messages from the time I stepped into my psychic mediumship certification.
Spiritual guidance is meant to be empowering, comforting, reassuring and uplifting. It should leave you feeling hopeful and loved, not illicit fear or tell you which way to go when you your heart is telling you another. The truth is you are a channel too and my favourite is helping you carve out the time and space for the practices that will reconnect you with this innate power.
Every once and awhile, I get the opportunity to channel these love letters from spirit too and it always amazes me the amount of love and support that comes through. These love letters are a part of the new eclipse series Ceremony & Spirit to give you the opportunity to feel this encouragement and connection from your loved ones. It can offer you a light when things around us get confusing, like a warm hug from spirit who knows we all could use this love right now.

We are moving towards the last Full Moon in the year of the snake. Situated right before the Eclipse Portal it’s no mistake it’s in a fire sign. Offering one last release to make way for your power and the season of transformation; with the eclipses, the horse energy and soon Spring.

When you light up like this, my heart skips a beat. I see it when you’re with the boys, when you watch sports or coach baseball, when you share a story enthusiastically talking with your hands or when you’re cooking, especially during our retreats. If you laugh at a good show or comedian, I will actually watch you instead as your whole face lights up the room. I know it’s who you truly are; bright, creative, animated, a gifted storyteller and someone who deeply cares and truly wishes to lead with his whole heart. Life has been very real to us though and sometimes yes - this side of you steps aside for the one who will make order from the chaos. On your birthday, my wish for you is more tender moments that fill your heart and soul, that bring out this inner child merged with this divine masculine man that I fell in love with nearly 30yrs ago now. You truly deserve every happiness, many open doors and all the dreams on your heart in this next trip around the sun. Happy Birthday 💖

If you are interested in syncing yourself to the flow of nature, as earth based spiritual practices like shamanism call us to do, here is a little cheat sheet to save from me to you.
We are all part of the Earth and her energy, made up of the elements themselves. So following this cyclic nature can be such a guiding force and this flow is very healing for us.
I absolutely love holding ceremonies that are intuitively tied to these rhythms. For example with this New Moon in Capricorn there is a strong focus on foundations and long terms goals. Both in person tonight and Wednesday in an online private group we will lean into the co-creation process with our intentions during our meditation, which is recommended at this time in the cycle.
Whereas the next Full Moon on Feb 1st is in the fiery sign of Leo. So we created the transformative circle of Fire & Flow for an in person experience thats aimed to set our light free through movement. There are limited spots left, please type Fire & Flow below for more details.
As a woman, even our own cycles are tied to this same rhythm. Where the full moon is ovulation, the waning moon is the luteal phase, the new moon menstruation and the waxing moon the follicular phase. May you flow with both ease and grace around these cycles knowing it’s our true nature.

We welcome in the first new moon of 2026 on Sunday in the grounded earth sign of Capricorn. Given this placement and zodiac sign we are supported in evaluating our ambitions, goals and intentions for the year ahead. It’s a beautiful time to establish routines, rhythms or rituals that support you. Building the foundation for your highest timeline and what you wish to create.

This doesn’t mean forcing or running towards everything. The moon is going inward and we are to do the same. This means inner reflection to listen to your hearts deepest longing. If you wish for peace - what are the things that bring you peace and how can you build your life around them? What things do you no longer have capacity for and can you release them to make space?

It’s a good time to take a really honest look at your life and commit to your highest self and end goal. Visualizing the path to this highest timeline and letting nothing distract you. The energy I’m picking up on this year is that if it doesn’t support you, your heart, nervous system or future vision, we are simply not doing it. With zero regret, guilt, shame or even tolerance for anything that drains you.

I’m also picking up on slowing down and giving ourselves & our nervous systems more love. Like the advice on an air plane to put your oxygen mask on first before helping others. Truthfully there is no reward or honour in depleting yourself. It is not true reciprocity when you give from an empty tank.

This could also mean better boundaries especially around work for many of you. I have seen many people leaving jobs that no longer feel aligned. People prioritizing vacation time or mental health leaves seeing the benefits of taking them much more clearly now. I myself have been shown how to better space out my offers so I don’t burn out. It’s not easy when society tells us busy equals productive or successful. Yet I see the opposite to be true. Every single time I have prioritized play, rest or investing in myself, I have seen much better flow in all areas of my life.

capturing the snow that does not stop falling! I love a good snow day, but only when everyone can be tucked in safely at home.
It’s like mother natures way to get us all to slow down. The winter teaches us to pause and go inward for restoration. Which is especially needed with the state of the world when so much is happening around us and everywhere you look. It’s destabilizing for our nervous systems which need more love than ever.
May you find supportive ways to regulate and may today’s pause give you the chance to take deeper fuller breaths, lengthening the exhale, to soothe your nervous system. 🙏🏼💖 Jennifer

Today’s view is coffee and freshly printed pages from my husband’s new book coming soon! Here’s to one last final edit and all the people a part of this process to get him here. Namely and for inspiring him with your own creations, for reading his, helping him to edit and give feedback on this book. This has been such a long journey for Lou while also working full time so your support has truly meant the world.
- I have always been in awe of your creative spark and how you tell a story. Secretly, I’m also excited for our next project once this baby finally gets its wings! 😘

Everyone I have talked to seems to be having meaningful visits in their dreams the past week especially. For some it’s been multiple nights in a row or multiple loved ones coming in on the same night. I do not believe this is an accident at this time in our word.
Dream visits from those who have passed is a favourite of mine. It was one of the first things that happened for me when I was a young girl. For some reason it felt like the safer way to do mediumship and my ancestors knew it showing up often. But to simply spend time in their energy again, to feel their love and hear their laugh is truly the best medicine.
The same night I dreamt of my paternal grandfather to have a more serious conversation, my maternal grandmother also showed up to give me a hug. She was happy and her laugh was infectious as it was when she was here.
Waking up to tell Lou, doesn’t he share that my maternal grandfather had visited him that same night. It was like the whole family surrounded us in one night. We had fun piecing the dreams together and discussing the meaning of the messages that had come through.
The night before this Lou also had a friend show up. This friend has come through for him in this way many times and it’s always meaningful. He was gone suddenly and Lou never really had the chance to say goodbye.
Who is showing up for you right now? Or who shows up for you most often? I would love to hear more below. If you would like to connect to loved ones more in your dreams all you have to do is set the intention for them to come through each night when you go to bed. You may also need to ask for help to remember said dreams as the veil can close quickly once you wake.
Either way I hope you know how close your loved ones are and that you invite them in. It really is beautiful and has personally helped me heal many relations. I dare say I am closer with my Grandparents now than I was when they were here due to this healing and I’m so very grateful.
