💥⚡️💥Announcement—Please Read to the End💥⚡️💥

My intention for the foreseeable future is to slow down and to fully tend to myself. I have come to the decision to close my (Kiyah Fairborn) portion of the online booking software for February and onwards—this means that online booking with myself (Kiyah Fairborn) will no longer be available. I am continuing to offer regular care to some long-term clients but I will be seeing fewer clients per week. My schedule will remain Tuesdays and Thursdays. We welcome you to reach out if you are an existing client who requires consistent care, or are looking to book your appointments well in advance to work on a treatment plan. Please e-mail rupnowmassagetherapy@gmail.com for appointment inquiries.

Griffin will continue to operate with ✨online booking for his clients only.✨ Unfortunately, at this time, Griffin is already over capacity and thus, he is unable to accommodate any other clients. ✨✨This means that if you have previously had appointments with both myself and Griffin, you are welcome to continue your care with him. Otherwise, his schedule is solely available to his clients. ✨✨ For the future, if this changes, we will post here to notify that he is once again able to accommodate more clients.

These past two years have been a lot for us all and I am incredibly grateful for your support and truly appreciate your understanding.

Hi Everyone,
💥We have an announcement!! 💥
Rupnow Massage Therapy will be closed from July 1st until July 19th because 💛WE ARE GETTING MARRIED💛 this Sunday!!! We are taking time to enjoy our wedding and doing a little staycation afterwards. We will return on July 20th and hope everyone has a safe and lovely summer!🙂

💥💥 IMPORTANT NOTICE 💥💥

We would like to take this opportunity to show our gratitude towards our clients and community. Being a newer small business during the pandemic was a scary thought. Not only have we survived, but we are proudly thriving.

With that being said, in order to continue to provide quality care in a timely manner, Rupnow Massage Therapy will no longer be accepting new clients. We could not have reached this milestone without the hard work, support, and kind words from our wonderful clients. We look forward to continuing to provide knowledge and care to those who have chosen us to help themselves on the path to wellness ❤️

WE HAVE SOME EXCITING NEWS!! We have been given the go ahead to begin a gradual re-opening as of Thursday May 28th. The news was very abrupt and with no notice so we are using this time to get fully organized for re-opening. We ask for your continued patience as we work through implementing new protocols as well as securing adequate PPE. Part of the new protocols from the Minister of Health states that we must ask that clients wear a mask to their appointment and for the duration of the appointment unless there is an underlying health condition or you have difficulty breathing. Clients will be asked to wait in their cars until they are waved in by their therapist. As well, we must screen all clients prior to their appointment to ensure they are not presenting with any COVID-19 symptoms.

At this time, we will not be taking online bookings. We will be contacting those that lost their appointments due to our mandated closure. It is imperative that everyone understand that the Minister of Health is asking us to prioritize those that need essential care versus those that are not in dire need of a massage. This means that those that are in pain and having difficulties with their daily life due to said pain, loss of function/mobility, etc. will have priority before those with less urgent needs. The risks of receiving a Massage Therapy Treatment must outweigh the possible risks of contracting COVID-19.

Please keep an eye out for a future post on our page in regards to when online booking will be opened back up to the general public. We will post it here once we are caught up with cancelled appointments from March, and as soon as we have a more concrete date!

Lastly, we have made the decision to implement a new fee schedule that is in effect immediately. Every client will be made aware of this new fee schedule before booking an appointment. We appreciate everyone’s understanding and we are incredibly grateful and happy to be able to once again offer Massage Therapy to the public!

45 minute massage--$80

90 minute massage--$135

Unfortunately, we will remain closed until further notice. Our governing college (College of Massage Therapists of Ontario) and the Chief Medical Officer of Health has asked us to keep our doors closed.

This is a very difficult and trying time for us as humans as well as a small business. We appreciate all the support from all our clients and hope everyone can stay safe and well.
