Flow is the state where everything just clicks together seamlessly.

Movement links to breath, time dilates, ego falls away. Every action leads seamlessly into the next uninterrupted by thought, and you become completely immersed in the state of being instead of doing.

In this state the brains responds by releasing all the feel good chemicals, dopamine, serotonin, norepinephrine; a powerful little cocktail to make you feel calm, clear and at peace.

As we move into this new week come meet us on the mat. Let’s move, breathe, and find the flow state together ✌🏻

🚨New Class Alert 🚨

Join every Thursday at 10:15am for intentional core!

The “core” is made up of muscles through the front and sides of the abdomen as well as muscles that wrap around and run up the back. The muscles of the core are not only important for yoga; but they help support the spine and protect the internal organs. Weak or overly flexible muscles in the core and back can cause serious back pain because the joints within the spine will not be protected through movement.

In this 50min core class we will focus on strength, stability and activation of our core through classic asana, drills and flow.

Watch your practice and the way you move through the world transform as you develop a deeper connection to your core!
