In the last week, I have been experiencing the Divine Feminine in ways I never have before. From experiencing a dear friend's Birth Blessing Ceremony, allowing myself space to relearn True Astrology- Pre Patriarchal Astrology, sitting in Ritual with other dear women, calling upon the wisdom of Mary Magdalene, drinking tea from my grandmother's tea cups... it's been really beautiful.

At first I had resistance.

I was resisting hosting tonight’s Breathwork Ceremony for Friday the 13th.

But, once I navigated my internal tantrum, since opening this invitation, the whole purpose of tomorrow and the importance of honouring Friday the 13th has become so clear.

Men, don't underestimate the importance of the energy you bring to the collective or Ceremonial table. We see you. We honour you.

However, a beautiful energy is created when women gather in Ceremony with intention.

We are given the opportunity to hold each other in a way that invokes ancient Feminine wisdom that resides within us. It's a remembering. It's a reclamation.

The weight of gathering today feels paramount.

We are at the mid way point between the last Full Moon and the next New Moon.

We are at the midway point of the death portal and the rebirth threshold.

We will be exploring the Arch-types of the Feminine, reconnecting to our Matriarchal lineage, and tapping into Womb Wisdom.

Earth has just experienced 3 X class solar flares in a row in the last week. We had that many X class flares in all of 2022. That’s how big the energy of this week and this year is.

If you’re tired, a walking space cadet, awake but not really in your body... this is probably why.

*Added* you can also feel super activated and FULL of energy.

If your able to, REST. Or at least as much as you can. Or harness the energy that gets cultivated within you🔥

Allow your body to integrate this Light into your cells in whatever way it needs to.

Drink heaps of quality water.

Honour your energy level.

I feel like personally, there’s been times I’ve been so activated and times where I’ve needed rest and stillness.

Honour whatever it is you need in the best ways you can✨

Let’s kick off the first 2023 breathwork together on the day of the Divine Feminine🌹

As many have noted the last few weeks, January 1st does not truly hold the fresh energy of ‘New Years’. In the northern hemisphere, we are in the dead of winter and deserve to navigate our lives accordingly.

As the days slowly grow longer, it feels like a beautiful time to come together from the comforts of our homes, reflect on the experiences of the last 8-12 months, gently call our energy back, recenter and nourish our Self.

The breath is one of the most ancient and powerful ways to nourish our Self. It’s the key that unlocks the doors to our deepest forms of alchemy and our highest states of being.

Bring your journal, cacao or herbal tea, any sacred tools, and create a comfy space☕️

It always gives me a bit of a giggle when people come back to me after either using the Healy for a bit, doing breathwork or even wearing the jewellery, and they mention how much their lives have changed. And sometimes the change isn’t always rainbows and unicorns🌈🦄

Raising your vibration is inner work, but it WILL shift your outer world, and sometimes really quickly.

It’s all resonance.

So the relationships, business, work, habits, food, thoughts, goals, ways of being, etc that was once in resonance with you, sometimes will no longer be in resonance once your vibration shifts.

Shifting our vibration also requires us *que this year’s major theme* to take radical Self responsibility. When we are levelling up, we cannot take with us the things that have kept us where we are currently at. Your ‘cringe’ will come up for you to make peace with.

Falling in and out of resonance with things, people or old versions of our Self doesn’t have to always be experienced as a hardship either. It most of the time happens very easily and effortlessly. From my experience, most of the challenges come from when we resist this beautiful change that the Universe is gently guiding us through.

When we step back, let go and trust is when we step out of survival mode and step into thriving🌹

I too refuse to believe in that idea, timeline, narrative; whatever word you want to use.

I call bu****it on all of it.

Freedom, autonomy, sovereignty, liberation and abundance is our birthright.

It is the birthright for every single human being without condition.

The beautiful reached out to me to collaborate on a breathwork/ meditation/ reiki experience where we focus on remembering this. Where we send healing energy to those who are not consciously leading us and anyone else who seeks to suppress freedom. Where we remind our Selves of our innate wisdom, power and strength.

But why?

Of course there are a lot of obvious reasons as to why an Elephant will live longer than a Mouse.

There is one reason specifically we want to talk about though and that's BPM

🫁Breaths Per Minute🫁

Elephants in a state of relaxation will take 4-5 breaths per minute. Where a Mouse will take anywhere between 80-230 breaths per minute.

This of course influences their heart rhythms and beats per minute.

Looking at other animals like Turtles and Whales, who also have a very low breath per minute count, all live for a very long time as well.

There is also a life length trend in Yogis who are dedicated to practicing ancient practices like yoga and breathwork while living in high altitudes.

So, the idea is...

✨The less you breathe, the longer you live✨

The ideal breath per minute ratio for a human is 4-6 breaths at rest and 10 during an active state.

Set the timer on your phone and see, without consciously changing your breath, what your resting BPM is.

Don't be alarmed if it is a higher number. There is a reason for that.
