LOL, its month end with my doTERRA business and this means a CHOCOLATE DAY! Why does chocolate help us with everything????? well it does for me......

👌I avoided the TIM TAMS Darrin gave me and opted for a healthy hot chocolate instead.

Easy to take daily . I have been at 3 different seniors homes this week …. Serving, loving …. I love being with this age group . They all need hugs and so do I! But I am keenly aware of keeping my immunity boosted for their sake and mine . This is one easy protocol.

We still need connection, intimacy, people...... Yesterday at gym, my instructor asked how I was doing? Our class ended with her coming over and giving me a hug. It meant so much to me.

My health has been a struggle over the past 2 weeks..... not often I say that. 😏
2 hospital visits, (only because there is no walk in clinic close by that takes walk ins.)
I thought I had a UTI- ultra sounds and blood work showed negative
Then I thought I had shingles......... that did not transpire which I am most grateful for, although Dr said I could have..... but no blistering started.

So, finally think I have a pinched nerve . All I can speculate is as a result of a work out I did.

I almost NEVER have inflammation. I am very grateful for this.
Any guesses which two oils have been a HUGE part of the P A I N control?😁😁

Frankincense and Copaiba. Under my tongue a few drops of both a few times in a day and then along my spine.
