Another UPDATE!

I have been in discussion with Ichor once again in terms of the tentative schedule we have had for the clinic coming to Barrhead. Unfortunately, at this time we have not had the numbers we were looking for, however with this said I do believe this is due to the mandates being lifted......which is a good thing! As many of us may be apprehensive about the future of additional mandates and or strains one can keep this in mind for the furture as we near the fall. Just a thought.......

Also, please note should anyone like to get some labs done in terms of the antibodies, Cardiovascular, Hormone, Fertility, Prostate or General Health & Wellness they are still receptive to accepting everyone at their clinic in Edmonton. As for all those who have pre-registered, the clinic will also be calling to confirm and book appointments then at their location.

UPDATE: I have been in discussion once again with Ichor, and we have agreed to move the clinic to a later date, as this gives us additional time to promote the clinic which in turn will entail a larger turn out. Keep in mind the clinic is being brought to our area for the convenience of everyone. This is not just a clinic to check for the C-19 antibodies, but will also offer many other tests. I firmly believe in preventative and if one is feeling defeated with health challenges, I would encourage some of the additional testing including Heavy Metals, Vitamin D, FSH, Lymes or Vitamin B-12. Preventatives could include the Ceramides test, Prostate Health or the Testosterone tests. Just a thought.......

Stay tuned for the announced Clinic date hopefully to take place more towards the end of March.....dependant on the amount of registrations.

An update from the clinic. We are tentatively scheduled for March 9 & 10 with the location being at the Gleanreagh hall which is just a few miles north/west of Barrhead. We may have to move this clinic to a later date though as there is a demand for the T-Cell testing of which may not quite be ready to offer by the 9th as Ichor is in the preliminary stage of bringing this option to the clinic. PLUS we need to meet the required number of bookings to make this feasible for Ichor to set up.

Collection stations will be set up along with a couple administration stations. We are looking for a couple volunteers who can help out with greeting and we are also looking for 4 qualified MLA's to help with the draws. Payment will be provided to the MLA's. For those who are interrested in this opportunity, please reach out to myself Angie Breitkreitz and we can discuss further.

I am personally excited to have this clinic come to your area after seeing the positive impact it had on the town of LaCrete as they have moved forward with an amazing community of Unity.

Ichor Blood Services is coming to the Barrhead-Westlock area and is tentatively scheduled for March 9th & 10th with their pop-up lab. They offer several tests for a fee including COVID-19 antibody, T-Cell, D-Dimer, Vitamin D and more.
