During readings I will sometimes get a message that you need to work with a certain stone. I'm not a crystal wizard and I only know very little about the powers they hold. The information I get is only intuition. Most times I have no idea why I'm telling you work with these stones till we research the properties and then we realize it's the exact stone you need. Lately I've been recommending Lapis Lazuli to A LOT of people. This makes me wonder if this is a collective need. If anyone else knows more about this please chime in. Literally change your algorithm. Shut the news off. Play your favorite music. Do your favorite things. Get regulated. You're not a bad person for not wanting to overload your nervous system with more than it's designed to handle ❤️. There's so much going on in the world right now and she's so right about not being able to tell the difference between a tiger and a headline. It's ok to take a break and get grounded and realign your chakras. You don't have time for burn out... The world needs you ❤️
