Hi 👋

Just your friendly reminder to please pre-book your appointments! I understand it can be frustrating to need an appointment and not be able to get one, please understand I am only a one woman shop!

You can always message me to be put on my cancellation list, again nothing is garenteed as that list ebs and flows and is largely dependant on if people cancel appointments. I’m currently running at my max weekly load of patients. So adding in isn’t currently possible.

I want to thank each and every one of you for choosing me as your RMT! I am beyond appreciative and will continue to do everything I can to ensure you always receive the best care I can give !

I will be out of the clinic / away from treating from Monday February 22nd 2026 until Sunday March 15 2026. 3 weeks !

I understand the inconvenience they may cause due to the duration of my absence ! But my bookings are open until the end of March !

Please prebook your appointments accordingly.

Unfortunately when I am away, all texts and emails will be delayed in a response as my access to phone usage will be limited.

Well you guys went and did it again, absolutely BLEW UP my December bookings, please be aware I am currently running with a 14 person cancellation/ waitlist. I currently am no longer able to take anymore appointments for the month of December.

If and when cancellations occur for the month of December I will go down my waitlist in the order it was created.

Please be kind and understanding that I am only one person, and unfortunately I do have a limit that I can physically treat each week. Your care and well being is my upmost concern ! But with the end of the year comes an intense amount of bookings.

I am truly humbled for each and everyone of you for supporting me and my small buisness and continuing to choose me as your RMT ! ❤️

✨ Friendly Reminder: My 24-Hour Cancellation Policy ✨

This is not an easy post to make, but August among others has been tough with no shows/late cancellations, and moving forward my cancellation policy is going to be enforced. It’s not personal, but my livelihood depends on it.

As much as I care about my clients and understand that life happens, last-minute cancellations and no-shows directly affect my livelihood. For this reason, I am now strictly enforce a 24-hour cancellation policy — no exceptions.

Here’s how it works:
✅ Cancellations with at least 24 hours’ notice – No fee
⚠️ Less than 24 hours – Fee applies (details in post)
❌ No-shows – Full session fee required before rebooking

👉 Please remember: Insurance does not cover missed appointment fees. Attempting to bill them is insurance fraud and puts my career at risk — I won’t tolerate it.

💡 Tip: If something comes up last minute, you’re welcome to send a friend or family member in your place to avoid a fee!

Woweeeee what a start to summer 😍!!

With everyone being busy and enjoying their summer and taking much needed vacations, I am so grateful for everyone who took time to make their self care a priority thus far.
July was the first month in a long time I had no last minute cancellations and zero shows !!

As being a self employed business owner in uncertain economic times, I feel so grateful for the continued trust you put in me, the constant referrals and the consistent clientele I have. I’m feeling super grateful !

I am going on vacation! I will be out of the office from April 21st-April 29th 2025

This will be the 2nd time I’ve taken a week off in my 4 years of being an RMT. 🤯

That being said, if you need a massage I have a FEW spots left before I leave.
