I had the opportunity to take a very relaxing course over the weekend - Indie Head Massage.

This treatment is full of relaxing techniques involving the scalp, neck and face. This treatment also involves the application of warm oil to those areas (can also be done without oil) so be prepared for oily hair after treatment! Since we involve the treatment of the face, I ask that you come in with a bare face - no makeup please!

Indie Head Massage can be done as its own treatment or added on to a regular massage! Swipe to see options.

Hey! Coral here! And I have so much to update you on!

September has been one of the craziest but best months of my life. I started the month off with marrying the love of my life and then went and enjoyed a honeymoon in Punta Cana. While away, I got the email that I am officially a Registered Massage Therapist!

I will now be offering both massage therapy and fascial stretch therapy treatments.

Beginning Monday, September 29, I will be back in clinic full time!
Monday 9:30-6:30
Tuesday 8:15-6:30
Wednesday 9:30-6:30
Thursday 9:30-6:30
Friday 9:30-2:15
Saturday 1x a month 8:45-1:30

Unfortunately I will not be keeping my kin license, so starting November 1, that will no longer be available.

Knead a Stretch? This is just the thing for you! A combination of massage and fascia stretch therapy that can increase relaxation and decrease tension. Focusing on treating muscles and fascia, this one hour treatment is done in a small group setting. During the treatment, you will receive massage therapy from Jessica de Feber RMT and fascia stretch therapy treatment from myself, Coral Boyce-Reive R.Kin. You will also experience red light therapy, aromatherapy and warm or cold therapy while listening to soothing music. This treatment is customizable, giving you different options on areas you’d like to work on. The cost is $95 which includes tax. Payment will be made online prior to the event and you will receive a receipt after the event for both the massage portion and the fascia stretch portion. Visit coralboycewellness.ca to book! The foundation of this class was created by the same company that I did the Fascial Stretch Therapy course through, so be prepared for a gooood stretch!

LifeStretch is a mobility-stretch class that is designed to help you become more flexible in body, mind and spirit so that you feel not only more functionally mobile but also more capable to deal with the physical and mental demands of your life.

One unique feature of the choreography of LifeStretch is the use of self-traction to create space in joints, greater ease of movement, avoid pinching joints and to yield bigger gains in mobility. When traction with inhalation is followed by exhalation on the mobility-stretch sequences, range of motion increases rapidly without discomfort.

I can’t believe it has been ONE YEAR since I joined the team ! This past year has flown by.

Thank you to all my patients for trusting me with your care, recommending me to family and friends, and being so supportive through the start of my career.

Thank you to all my amazing co-workers that have become dear friends. There is always plenty of support, conversation and laughter to go around when I’m surrounded by some of the best!!
