Happy Spring!

You may be wondering about whether you need to wear a mask during osteopathic treatments.

Yes, you do. According to the new masking requirements from the government, my business is a health care setting so wearing a mask is required until the end of April.

I ask that all my patients continue to come in wearing a mask and keep it on during treatments.

While Osteopathy may seem complicated, the overarching concept is fairly straight forward: It is about aligning your structure so the body can heal itself. The cause of your misalignment isn't always so clear, and OMPs don't merely treat your symptoms. Take a moment to breathe, take a moment to reflect and feel gratitude during the hustle and bustle of the season. I will be taking the time to play in the snow, sit and read a book, cherish time with my family, and cherish time with my horse.
