What do you know about negative ions?
Most people have felt themâŚ
but donât realize what they are...
almost no one understands them... I certainly didn't but I've been reading up on it because I definitely have felt it and invested in it.
Have you ever stood by the oceanâŚ
or near a waterfallâŚ
and felt your whole body just exhale?
Thatâs not just âfresh air.â
Those environments are rich in negative ions (molecules in the air that carry an extra electron), and that matters more than we previously understood.
Negative ions have been shown to:
⢠help clear the air by binding to dust and particles
⢠support a calmer, more regulated nervous system
⢠improve mood and mental clarity
⢠create that âI can finally breatheâ feeling
Unfortunately, we donât live in those environments anymore.
We live indoors, around electronics, in spaces with recycled air and constant stimulation.
Too much static, less flow.
Thatâs actually what led me to explore tools like the Solex Rain Chair and the OlyLife P90.
Different technologiesâŚ
but both working toward the same thing
Helping the body shift out of stress and into a more natural, regulated state.
Not by forcing itâŚ
but by changing the environment itâs responding to.
Itâs not about escaping lifeâŚ
Itâs about creating a space your body can actually relax in.
If youâve ever thought:
âI just need fresh airâ
or
âI feel better by the waterâŚâ
Your bodyâs already telling you something.
If youâre curious how Iâm using simple technology to turn everyday spaces into something more supportive for the body, message me âCALMâ and Iâll send you a quick video that explains part of it.
