The energy this year is shifting in a big way.

This month isn’t calling you to do more.
It’s inviting you to be more present, more aligned, more YOU.

Tonight as I was driving home from my horse, Jade, the beautiful full moon began to shine her luminous face 🌕

Oh how I love the full moon! ❤️

As the Snow Moon's glow grew brighter, I felt called to slow down and just soak in her beauty… so I took a detour and found myself at the lake.

When I pulled over to park, Bruno Mars’ "𝗧𝗮𝗹𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗠𝗼𝗼𝗻" came on my music feed. 🎶🌕 Of course it did!!! A perfect little wink from the Universe 😘

𝗟𝗶𝗳𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝗳𝘂𝗹𝗹 𝗼𝗳 𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝘆𝗻𝗰𝗵𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗶𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝘀𝗹𝗼𝘄 𝗱𝗼𝘄𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗽𝗮𝘆 𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻. ✨

As I stood there in the stillness of the moment, I really got to thinking about how important it is for us to honor 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝘆𝗰𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗻𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 ...

Nature isn’t rushing right now.
The trees aren’t forcing growth.
Everything is happening beneath the surface, in perfect timing.

— 𝘼 𝙜𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙡𝙚 𝙧𝙚𝙢𝙞𝙣𝙙𝙚𝙧 𝙩𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙨𝙡𝙤𝙬𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙙𝙤𝙬𝙣 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙩𝙖𝙠𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙩𝙞𝙢𝙚 𝙩𝙤 𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙩 𝙞𝙨 𝙣𝙤𝙩 𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙞𝙨𝙩𝙖𝙣𝙘𝙚… 𝙞𝙩’𝙨 𝙬𝙞𝙨𝙙𝙤𝙢. 🙏🏻

These moments in nature are so precious. They remind us that slowing down doesn’t mean we’re falling behind — it means we’re listening. When our energy is in harmony, life moves forward without force. 🩵

Today I needed to remind myself of this.... and maybe someone else needs to hear this too... especially if you’ve been feeling tired or a little behind…

𝗗𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗼𝘄𝗻 𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗲.
Life’s not a race.

🪷 Rest is not falling behind.
🐢 Slowing down is not giving up.
✨ Alignment always beats urgency.

Choosing 𝗛𝗮𝗿𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘆 𝗢𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗛𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗹𝗲 is how we create lives that actually feel good to live. 🌿

𝘽𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙩𝙝𝙚. 𝙏𝙧𝙪𝙨𝙩 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙧𝙝𝙮𝙩𝙝𝙢. 𝙔𝙤𝙪’𝙧𝙚 𝙧𝙞𝙜𝙝𝙩 𝙤𝙣 𝙩𝙞𝙢𝙚.

Our first full moon of 2026 arrived early this morning. This moon is also known as "𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗪𝗼𝗹𝗳 𝗠𝗼𝗼𝗻". 🐺

The name comes from old winter lore in the Northern Hemisphere. In deep winter, food was scarce, nights were long and wolves were heard howling outside villages, calling to one another across the cold 🥶

So the Wolf Moon became associated with instinct, community and listening inward. Survival was found through softness, togetherness and community. 🩵

I like to call it the "𝘾𝙤𝙯𝙮 𝙐𝙥 𝙈𝙤𝙤𝙣"... It's in the astrological sign of Cancer - which is really all about emotions, inner reflection and nervous system regulation.

You may have been feeling some of it's energy lately! I know I have 🌕 I've spent many days doing creative activities like painting, drawing and mixing up fun things with my essential oils, like bath bombs and shower steamers! Nervous system regulation time for me after a busy year ⏰

The winter storms have also encouraged nights spent cozying up with a warm blanket and a good book, writing in my journal and enjoying the glow of candles and sparkly lights 📕 🕯️

It truly is the time to rest, release and recharge for the year ahead! ☺️

This Moon is the emotional doorway into a year that will later roar with 𝗙𝗶𝗿𝗲 𝗛𝗼𝗿𝘀𝗲 𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗴𝘆. 🔥

Before the gallop…
there must be grounding.

Before expansion…
there must be containment.

𝑇ℎ𝑖𝑠 𝑀𝑜𝑜𝑛 𝑠𝑎𝑦𝑠:
“𝐿𝑒𝑡 𝑦𝑜𝑢𝑟 𝑖𝑛𝑛𝑒𝑟 𝑤𝑜𝑟𝑙𝑑 𝑏𝑒 𝑠𝑡𝑒𝑎𝑑𝑦 𝑏𝑒𝑓𝑜𝑟𝑒 𝑦𝑜𝑢𝑟 𝑜𝑢𝑡𝑒𝑟 𝑤𝑜𝑟𝑙𝑑 𝑎𝑐𝑐𝑒𝑙𝑒𝑟𝑎𝑡𝑒𝑠.” 🙏🏻

Such an important message. So take the time now that you need to prepare for the year ahead.

Full moons are also the perfect time to release what no longer serves you... so with this moon, perhaps a little ritual to let go of what you don't want to carry forward into this New Year.

I like to write a list of all I want to release, bless it, burn it and let the ashes float out to the Universe for healing .... 🐦‍🔥

I know today many of us are busy working on our 2026 goals. Me, not so much!

I choose something different.

✨ Intentions over goals.
✨ Presence over pressure.
✨ Harmony over hustle.

I’ve seen again and again — in sport, business, and life — that when we focus on how we choose to show up, everything else begins to shift more naturally. 🌿

𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝗮𝘀𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴:
“What do I want to achieve?”

My fave fridge magnet... gifted by a client many years ago.
Still pretty much sums up how many of us are actually living.
Running on stress instead of true energy.
Holding everything together — but feeling tired, scattered, and stretched thin.😞

That feeling of overwhelm need not be seen as failure.
It’s feedback.
And sometimes that feedback is simply:
