My fave fridge magnet... gifted by a client many years ago.
Still pretty much sums up how many of us are actually living.
Running on stress instead of true energy.
Holding everything together — but feeling tired, scattered, and stretched thin.😞

That feeling of overwhelm need not be seen as failure.
It’s feedback.
And sometimes that feedback is simply:

𝗪𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗶𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗺𝘆 𝗳𝗮𝘃𝗼𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿.

When I look outside and see so much snow — huge snowbanks everywhere — I always feel a little claustrophobic.

As I was pondering tonight, I realized that snow often feels like mental clutter to me… like the limiting beliefs that pile up and make it hard to see the path forward.

So I fight against the snow, try to move it out of the way… believing I have to push and shovel and hustle harder to get ahead.

But here’s the truth I’m sitting with this evening as I journal and plan out my week…

𝗛𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗶𝘀𝗻’𝘁 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗰𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘄𝗮𝘆.
𝗚𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱 — 𝗶𝘁’𝘀 𝗛𝗮𝗿𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘆 𝗢𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗛𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗹𝗲. ❄️💛

So, after spending the afternoon clearing away snow... and then watching it fall again tonight,I’m giving myself permission to let it cover the old story that says:
“I have to push harder.”
