Fresh-caught fish. Yum! I talk a lot about fish oils and omega three fatty acids in my line of work.

And while this fish was delicious, it came from a freshwater lake in northern (central? Depends on your point of reference!) Ontario.

It wasn’t high in omegas, so I still took my supplement!

Just because you eat fish, doesn’t mean you’re getting your omegas!
