That’s why we’ve created the 5-Day Worthy Women’s Challenge — a gentle, powerful starting point for women ready to break free from unhealthy attachments and rediscover their true worth. Join us for the next week of self-care, together we can elevate ourselves in this self-love journey.
What to expect 👇

Day 1️⃣
We’ll explore the powerful theme of understanding unhealthy attachments — recognizing the patterns that keep us stuck and the needs we’ve been trying to fill.

Day 2️⃣
You’ll learn to recognize your triggers, discover how they show up in your body, and practice healthier responses.

Day 3️⃣
Together, we’ll build self-worth, celebrating the qualities that make you unique, and creating boundaries that protect your peace.

Day 4️⃣
We’ll practice healthy detachment, finding the balance between love, independence, and freedom.

Day 5️⃣
And finally, you’ll define what moving forward looks like — releasing what no longer serves you, and stepping into a vision of healthy, fulfilling relationships.Each day will come with a worksheet to fill out, you will find it in the comments on the corresponding video.
