Last week, our Windsor Surgical Centre team dedicated a full day to learning, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

With surgeries paused for the day, our incredible team — including administration, managers, nurses, and MDRDs — focused on case studies, reviewed best practices, and explored new ways to enhance patient outcomes.

We’re proud of our 13 team members who exemplify our commitment to professional growth and delivering exceptional care every single day — both inside and outside the operating room.
