📆 As we settle into our late Fall schedule, this FREE meetup now runs twice a month on Thursdays from 11:30 AM–12:30 PM.

Bring your little ones, sip from our complimentary coffee & tea station, and enjoy good conversation (and maybe a few giggles!) with other mamas and parents of twins, triplets, and beyond in our spacious, welcoming studio.

✨ Big news for our breastfeeding mamas! ✨

What started as just 3 Medela hospital-grade breast pumps this summer quickly turned into a fully booked rental program (with a wait list, too!).

We’ve seen firsthand how much these pumps support new mamas — especially in those early days — and it always breaks our hearts to turn anyone away. So… we listened! 🫶

Two more pumps are on their way to Serenity and will be available for rental very soon!

🧡 Let’s turn up the fun with a splash of ORANGE! 🧡

This week in our baby sensory play series, we’re exploring the colour ORANGE — through music, movement, and a whole lot of messy fun!

🥕 Our babies will experience taste-safe kinetic dirt (made from cornstarch, cocoa powder & vegetable oil) on their very own sensory play trays, plus join in on interactive songs inspired by everything orange — pumpkins, oranges, carrots & more!

Sensory play is such a wonderful way for babies to explore textures, colours, and sounds — all while bonding with their caregiver and making new friends.

We’re so excited to share that Little Moverz classes are back again for a second series right here in the Serenity studio space - starts Monday November 10th!

Little Moverz classes are professionally developed and led series designed to support your baby’s development and milestones through movement, play, and learning. Each week brings a new and exciting environment where babies explore, build skills, and bond with their caregivers.

What makes Little Moverz special?
