I'm not sure what I've been experiencing since Thursday but it certainly didn't feel good.
After sleeping and awake in 2-3 hour intervals all weekend long I felt like a baby eat, sleep, eat sleep ... Sleep sleep eat sleep ... Flat out exhaustion I'm finally out for a little walk.

I know I can't handle the ALWAYS ON! It short circuits me!
Is this heaviness Pluto in aquarius?? Yikes. So heavy!! 😬😬😬
Saturn did a number on me for 3 years in my sign I don't even look like myself. Painful oh my gosh.

Such heavy exhausting energy .... Oh man.
Let's hope the full moon clears this and we can get to good vibes and feeling good, raising our vibrations. I asked myself what can I do to feel better right now. .. I made myself a protein shake with blue green algae and thought a small 10:30 pm walk might feel good so I did both.
Focusing on feeling better moment by moment ...

Big shout out to all the care takers that are looking after sick loved ones at home trying to be all, do all for everyone... Sending you love and healing as I know how exhausting it is. 💕

Soul Alignment

Our authentic self exists quietly in the contrast between what our mind believes, what our heart feels and who our soul knows us to be.

Very often we think one thing about ourselves, we feel another way in our hearts and our soul at our core has yet another belief...often we are pulled in 3 different directions! It's only when we dismantle these beliefs and align the heart soul and mind with truth that we discover our power, our worth or value and authentic self.

What I've gotten out of my journey in personal growth so far is priceless. There's no amount of money to buy the lessons I've learnt.
My quest for growth and breaking through has given me freedom that's beyond belief. This journey has given me joy that's contagious like wild fire...A heart, soul and world THAT'S WIDE OPEN!.

ARE you Open??

I have a deep desire to give it away like my life depends on it.... Help others achieve this level of growth depth and love.
My goal is to never stop learning... Like I never want to arrive.... I always want to enjoy the journey and keep reinventing ME!.
Thanks for always believing in me when I couldn't get there ... I couldn't see it ...I WAS BLIND TO IT!.

Ever feel unworthy or unwanted or it's like you feel a certain way about yourself and don't know why? ..You know there's something but you can't put your finger on it!
Well we don't know what we don't know ....

You are worthy, you are wanted, you are beautiful you are enough you are loved...you are!

The trouble is there is a disconnect!!

Together we discover ... The misalignment between head heart and soul.
This discovery starts with getting to the core of the lie you are believing about yourself.
Lie you say!! ...???

From an early age something happens in life ...and control is taken away. (I personally had a major trauma) ....whatever happens beyond our control we make it mean something personal about us, about who we believe we are at our CORE .... Bam! Just like that without knowing it ....We put ourselves in a cage and live like whatever we decided in that moment about ourselves is the truth....not being able to shake it!
But ...It isn't TRUE!! We decide this in a moment where control has been taken away. We make it mean IM NOT WORTHY, I'M UGLY... I'm unlovable or something to this effect That one was my personal beliefs about myself. ( it's different for everyone and it's personal to you. ... and it's yours to discover) Then we are caged to that. It's a ceiling we can't break through because it's running amok powerfully in the background ....
It's when we distinguish what it is, it's no longer blind and gives us power to transform that.
Taking ownership of it gives you power over it.

What we don't know can hurt us!

We don't know what we don't know and being in the conversation of discovery is freeing and very powerful.

I wasn't always light I didn't always glow.
I believed for 38 years IM NOT WORTHY, IM UGLY I'M UNLOVABLE ...you can see in the picture on the left my darkness and ugliness became me. That girl lived and breathed like unworthy and ugly and unlovable was her at her core, like it's all that she was and wore it like a coat that fit! It was heavy to carry and it shows!

I've had to claw my way out of dark holes and discovered I am worthy, I am beautiful I am deserving ....
The girl on the right believes she is worthy, beautiful and is love! The girl on the right is me now ...
You can see the stark contrast between the two pictures of me.
I don't resonate with the girl on the left she is not me anymore. I've become unrecognizable to myself and others that's the power of discovering what you don't know about yourself!!

When Soul Heart & Mind Align There's Power!

I used to walk around not knowing I had power.
In 2013 I took "on me" and in doing so I discovered I had power, " Me...power.... !" I was like WOW!!!
