To educate and help our community attain the highest levels of health. How did I end up here? At the time I was making very poor lifestyle choices.

Well, from a very young age I knew I wanted to be in a health related field helping people. When I was in high school I heard about Chiropractic and decided to check it out. I spent an afternoon in a Chiropractor’s clinic, and from that experience, realized Chiropractic has a unique role to play in maximizing someone’s health. It wasn’t until many years later that I understood how vital health is to life and how much I had taken mine for granted. I contracted a viral infection of my heart. Spending a week in the Coronary Care Unit of the hospital, and another month regaining my strength to function, gave me time to reflect on my health. True health is not taking drugs to mask symptoms, but having a fully functioning body. That experience changed my life. Since then, I have dedicated my life to continually educating myself and discovering what true health is. It became clear to me that it is everyone’s birthright to have health and a full functioning healthy life. I realized that the single most important thing I can do to improve and maximize someone’s health, is to improve their nervous system. We have created our office policies and procedures to allow every family in our community access to affordable lifetime family chiropractic care. Nothing gets me more excited than to adjust patients, turn their power on and see the amazing health transformations in that person, especially when they have been told “there’s nothing that can be done!”

Between scrolling, streaming and sitting at a desk all day, many of us don’t realize how much our posture is being affected.

At Powered by Chiropractic we’re seeing more clients coming in with:
• Stiff necks or upper-back tension
• Headaches that seem worse after screen time
• Slouching, shoulders rounded forward, that “tight” feeling in the chest

Here’s what you can do today to help your posture and give your spine some relief:

✅Take a 1-minute break every 30–45 minutes: stand up, roll the shoulders, stretch the front of your chest.

✅Raise your screen (laptop / phone) so your eyes are level with it.

✅When sitting: keep your feet flat, hips back in the chair, spine upright not slouched.
