PUSH Programs Summer Schedule!

If you’re looking to participate in one of our programs this summer, this is the post for you! All programs run on a 4 or 6 week commitment. Vacation plans?? Don’t worry - we have the option for you to join sessions virtually from wherever you are!

Our next round of sessions will launch in September, so if you’re looking for some guidance and accountability this summer, don’t miss out!

The full program update!

We’ve been hinting at it… and it’s finally here! The full program revamp including a branding update to PUSH Programs. We are committed to PUSHING the boundaries of what women can expect from their perinatal journey. PUSHING mamas to be as healthy and happy as they can be. PUSHING back on narratives that women have to take a back seat once their motherhood journey has arrived.

We are fully committed to ensuring that those under our care are able to THRIVE through this huge life change.

And this naming has absolutely nothing to do with “pushing a baby out”. We are here to support all people regardless of delivery method 🤗

Happy International Women’s Day!!!

I feel incredibly grateful for the work I get to do, and the amazing people I get to do it with. I am inspired daily both by the women I work alongside .rx .lia , AND by the women who chose to make themselves a priority and take control of their pelvic health with a little help from me.

Starting out on my own this past year was not the easy decision… but you all make it worth it. For that I will forever be grateful.

Don’t wait on anyone else… celebrate your damn self today!!! Trust me, you deserve it.
