📚 Therapy Bookclub starts up in just just over 3 weeks and is available virtually to folks in Ontario! The first book of this group therapy series is “Homecoming” by Dr. Thema Bryant, a book that gives you the tools to meaningfully connect with your larger community, even amongst racism, sexism, heartbreak, grief, and trauma. Celeste (she/they) on our team will support all group members in navigating these themes & shared stories with an intent to put knowledge into practice in your own lives.
