This month we celebrated Marlene and Kelsey with a baby shower at our Barrie location 💛

We are excited for this next chapter in their lives and wish them both a wonderful, restful maternity leave filled with love, joy, and lots of baby snuggles. 👶

They will be greatly missed by all!! 💚

💚 One of the foundations of our work is viewing behaviour as communication. When we pause to understand what a child is trying to express in the moment, our role shifts from reacting to understanding.

From there, we can teach meaningful replacement skills that help children communicate their needs in ways that work for them and the people around them.
