Welcome to the team Adam!! Meet our newest Coach! 💪🏼

Hi Everyone! My name is Adam and I am a CSEP-Certified Personal Trainer and recent graduate from the University of Guelph-Humber’s Kinesiology program!

I’m passionate about using exercise to help people move better, feel stronger, and reach their goals — whether that means recovering from an injury, building strength, or just feeling more confident in their everyday lives. Whether it’s helping someone regain mobility or build strength and confidence, I look to tailor my approach to meet each individual’s unique goals. I’m a big believer that fitness should be something you enjoy, and I love helping people find the type of movement that works best for them.

Outside the gym, you’ll usually find me playing baseball or softball, watching the Leafs and Blue Jays, or exploring what concerts are going on nearby!

Looking forward to helping you become the strongest, healthiest version of yourself! 😊💪🏼
