ROBOTRAIENRS, explained!!!
At COMPHYSIO+ we combine expert clinical care with intelligent technology.
That’s why we’ve integrated RoboTrainer™, an AI-powered system that enhances balance, coordination, strength, and neurological control.
RoboTrainer responds in real time to your movement, challenges the nervous system (not just muscles), and provides measurable progress, all guided by a licensed clinician.
From rehab and neurological recovery to return-to-sport and performance training, every session is customized, purposeful, and movement-first.
This is technology that supports better care, not replaces it.

Your body whispers before it screams.
That constant tightness, the “off” feeling, the tension that never fully goes away… it’s your body asking for attention.
Osteopathy is about listening to those signals, not just where it hurts, but how everything is connected.
Through gentle, hands-on treatment, we help restore balance, improve movement, and get you feeling like yourself again.

Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy isn’t just about one symptom, it’s about understanding how your body works as a whole!
In this video, Daria breaks down what pelvic floor physiotherapy is, who it’s for, and some of the common symptoms people experience that they may not realize pelvic floor treatment can help with.
Pelvic floor dysfunction can show up in many ways, including:
• Pelvic pain
• Low back or hip pain
• Pain with exercise or daily movement
• Incontinence or leaking
• Feelings of pressure or heaviness
• Core weakness or instability
Pelvic floor physiotherapy focuses on assessment, education, and treatment of the muscles, tissues, and coordination of the pelvic floor, helping improve strength, control, and overall function.
At COMPHYSIO+, our approach looks at how the pelvic floor works with the hips, core, and entire body, not just the area of discomfort.
Book an assessment with Daria with the link in our bio or call us at 705-728-9333 to learn more about what’s going on and how we can help you move and feel better.🙌🙌

We are a family run business offering physiotherapy, massage therapy, athletic therapy, movement training, acupuncture and other health services.
We treat all sports related injuries and complicated recurring injuries that continue due to imbalances in the body. We have had success treating a wide variety of clients including Olympic, National and Provincial Athletes, Professional Hockey Players, University Varsity Athletes, International Tennis Players, Ultra-marathon Runners, Junior Hockey Players, National Alpine & Freestyle Skiers, Ti-Athletes and a variety of youth teams and individuals.
Our treatment philosophy includes using manual techniques and acupuncture to restore normal joint and soft tissue mobility, then supplementing it with functional corrective exercise techniques and movement strategies to prevent injury re-occurrence.
We not only treat the initial injury but help prevent future injuries by educating and teaching how to move better. By understanding where and how movement is generated, you learn how to move more efficiently which helps to prevent further injury. This enables you to continue the sports and activities you enjoy doing. As experienced physiotherapists, massage therapists and movement coaches we understand how to retrain movement patterns and correct faulty ones which will provide the foundation for safe and effective performance.
Good movement translates into the ability to generate power and strength with maximal energy, efficiency and that results in a strong body and long active lifestyle.
