A plan? What’s that? 🤷🏼‍♀️

Fun fact about my practice: I went into this with 0 planning. I jotted down a few ideas on a mirror with a dry erase marker on a Saturday night and quit my job by Monday morning. There was no strategy or really any forethought I just made it all up as I went. And look at us now! Shout out to my impulsive brain 🧠

Turns out sometimes the “plan” is just trusting your brain and figuring it out as you go. ADHD brains don’t always play by the rules — but when you learn how to work with it instead of against it, pretty cool things can happen. 🎊

Office renovation update 🥳🤩 (swipe for the before & afters)

Our labour of love is coming to fruition 🛠️🪣🧼
We’ve painted, torn up ceilings, knocked down walls and piled up garbage 🤔😅

Now the fun part begins: furnishing a therapy space that captures fun, warmth and serenity 💛
