All proceeds from this class will be donated to the Women & Children’s Shelter of Barrie, supporting women and families who need safety, care, and a fresh start.

A 50-minute high-energy functional strength class designed to build stamina, control, and confidence. Expect strength training, cardio bursts, athletic conditioning, and barre-inspired workout!
