This incredible team has poured their heart, time, and dedication into deepening their understanding of alignment, connection, and the power of touch. We’re so proud of every single one of you.

We’re excited to share that hands-on assists will soon be offered in select classes to elevate your practice, support your alignment, and help you experience your body in a whole new way. 👐🔥
