Kristina studied social work and psychology at Toronto Metropolitan University before earning her acupuncture degree with honors from Georgian College in 2021. She is currently studying herbal medicine at the Ontario College of Traditional Chinese Medicine.

Kristina is a highly accomplished talented professional, and her areas of interest include digestive health, migraines, and pain disorders.

She provides facial rejuvenation treatments including cosmetic acupuncture, gua-sha and cupping facials, targeting skincare issues while improving overall health.

She is enthusiastic about offering pregnancy and postpartum care and natural treatments for children, incorporating techniques such as medicinal massage (tui-na) and personalized dietary guidance.

🌞 I need Vitamin D, please 🌱🦩

Does anyone else miss the sunshine as much as I do?!

🤍❄️ Winter blues 🥺⛸ — fatigue & depression can be signs of Vitamin D insufficiency or deficiency.

Facts:
• Did you know that windows can block UVB rays which we need for Vitamin D synthesis to occur in our bodies?
• Windows don’t block UVA rays so remember to wear your sunscreen even when you’re staying indoors!

Vitamin D3 is a very accessible supplement and you can safely take D3 drops daily. 1000IU is the recommended adult dose but I have found that I need a lot more than that (especially through our winters).

I would recommend getting your levels 🩸 checked and working with a healthcare professional before mega-dosing on your own!
