📖 New book alert! Sometimes the right book finds you at the right time. I am reading "Shift: Quantum Manifestation Guide" by Jim Curtis - and it is a great reminder that perspective is power, and small changes can spark big transformations.

There are familiar concepts within the book that I’ve practiced with clients over the years, and new ideas and tools, too. This book also helps to find newfound excitement about what is possible – and who doesn’t need a little of that in their life? ✨
