A clinical research study to evaluate an investigational cream for adults with prurigo nodularis is now enrolling.

The True-PN Study is looking at an investigational cream to see if it works to treat people with prurigo nodularis (PN). This study will also look at whether the investigational cream is safe and how well tolerated it is in people with PN.
We plan to enrol a wide variety of participants with PN based on age, s*x, gender, and race/ethnicity.
You, or someone you care for, may be able to take part if you/they:
✅are 18 years of age or older
✅have had a diagnosis of PN for at least 3 months
✅have lesions on 2 or more different body areas (such as the right and left leg).
The True-PN Study will last for up to 60 weeks and has 2 study treatment periods. During the first study treatment period, the investigational cream will be compared with a “vehicle cream,” which contains no active ingredients. During the second study treatment period, all participants will receive the investigational cream.
This study has been reviewed by an Institutional Review Board (IRB)
/Ethics Committee (EC), which protects the rights, safety, and well-being of the participants.

⁉️ If you have vitiligo and would be interested in being a part of a research trial, we have the perfect opportunity for you.

At SimcoDerm, we are looking for adults aged 18 years or older, who have a clinical diagnosis of non-segmental vitiligo. Here is how our research trial will work:

✅During the initial treatment period, participants will receive investigational topical medication or placebo
✅In the extension period, all subjects will receive active study drug
✅Study medication and study-related procedures will be provided at no cost
✅Reimbursement for study-related expenses will also be provided.
✅Study participation will last about 63 weeks and involve about 11 visits to the study center.

Did you know that melanoma is the most serious type of skin cancer? Possible signs of melanoma could be a change in the appearance of a mole or pigmented area.

A doctor should be consulted if you experience a mole that:

- Changes in size, shape, or color
- Has irregular edges or borders
- Is more than 1 color
- Is asymmetrical (if the mole is divided in half, the - 2 halves are different in size or shape)
- Itches
- Oozes, bleeds, or is ulcerated

You also need to look out for the following:

- Any Change in pigmented (colored) skin.
- Satellite moles (new moles that grow near an existing mole)

❓Eczema, also known as atopic dermatitis (AD), is an incurable, chronic condition. In fact, up to 30% of children and 2-10% of adults deal with eczema. Are you interested in giving our clinical trials a try? We are currently conducting biosimilar trials on those who have plaque psoriasis. In order to qualify, make sure you fulfill the following criteria:

✅ Adults ages 18-75 with moderate to severe plaque psoriasis for at least 6 months
✅ Individuals must have stable disease for at least 2 months, with psoriatic involvement of 10% or more body surface
✅ There must be NO history of latent or active tuberculosis (TB)
