I am offering another round of breathwork journeys for free. This will be a one on one journey to support whatever is present for you in life right now.

I offer this is a tool to learn to become your own healer and create support for your own growth and healing...how ever that may look to you.

It will require about a 3 hour block of time, this can be in person or online through zoom.

If you have been interested in what a deep trauma informed breathwork journey can do for you. This is a great opportunity

Healing journeys look different for everyone.
When we are brave enough to put self-love over fear and really show up for ourselfs and lean in to the healing journey, the possibilities are endless to where we can grow.

Breathwork is a bottom up approach to healing
With stored emotions and energy stuck in the body, we use the breath to allow the old stale energy to surface and release without having to mentally relive any past experiences or trauma.
