Meet Lindsay White!🌱

After 20 years as a first responder, Lindsay turned to Pilates to stay strong. Years of physical activity had started to take a toll, and she found her favorite activities—like hiking and volleyball—were causing more aches and slower recovery. Five years ago, she discovered Reformer Pilates and loved how it helped both her mind and body. It allowed her to enjoy her favorite activities again and feel more comfortable in her body.

Now, as a new mom, Lindsay appreciates the energy and flexibility Pilates gives her to keep up with her toddler. She’s since pursued training through Body Harmonics and is excited to help others rediscover their own freedom of movement.

Meet Michelle Jay!🌟

Michelle is dedicated to fitness and functional movement and has been teaching people how to use their bodies efficiently for over 20 years. In 2002, she completed her studies and became a certified international Stott Pilates Instructor.

Michelle enjoys being a part of the Thrive Therapeutics team and is looking forward to helping more and more people achieve their best version of themselves!
