There’s something most men don’t realize,
Your body can’t heal if it’s always in stress.
I used to think pushing through was the way.
Just keep going.
Stay strong.
Deal with the symptoms.
It felt like progress but it wasn’t,
Things started to change when I stopped trying to manage it all and started creating actual safety in my body.
That’s when healing really began.
Not just coping, but finally releasing what was underneath it all.
That’s the work.
