Music Therapy Services of Simcoe County Providing music therapy to Barrie and Simcoe County. Our services support a client's mental health, developmental and/or rehabilitative goals.

Music Therapy Services of Simcoe County provides services to individuals of all ages and with a range of developmental, neurological, and mental health diagnoses. Our interventions strive to improve the emotional and psychological wellbeing of our clients while helping them achieve developmental or rehabilitative goals. Music therapy is well suited for anyone, but is particularly effective for individuals who have a difficult time communicating verbally due to their age, developmental stage, or medical diagnosis. Our team of music therapists are all accredited with the Canadian Association for Music Therapy, are registered with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario and/or are Certified Neurologic Music Therapists. In addition to offering services in long-term care facilities, group homes, and for private agencies, we also offer group and individual and group services out of our main clinic in Barrie, ON or our satellite clinic in Orillia, ON. We also provide adapted music lessons for individuals with needs that make traditional music lessons ineffective or challenging.
