✨ When you sit with me in therapy, I’m not searching for pathology or what’s “wrong” with you, I’m paying attention to the parts of you that helped you survive.

Your coping strategies, your body’s responses, your protective parts, and the beliefs you carry didn’t form out of weakness.
They formed out of wisdom, necessity, and experience.

You adapted.
You protected yourself.
You made it through.

Healing isn’t about blaming these parts, it’s about understanding them, honouring them, and gently helping you move forward with confidence and self-trust.

We go at your pace.
With compassion.
With curiosity.
With respect for everything you’ve carried.

🤍 Your story deserves that.
