Behind every appointment with us is a real person who cares about how you feel in your body.

We each bring our own strengths, but share the same goal. To make care feel calm, personalized, and supportive from the moment you walk in. Which practitioner would you want to meet first 🤍

✨The diaphragm plays a key role in breathing, digestion, posture, and stress regulation.

To gently release tension in the phrenic center:
• Lie down comfortably
• Bend your knees
• Place your hands just under the sternum, between the ribs
• Apply gentle pressure and massage using small circular movements for about 30 seconds

This simple technique can help the body breathe more freely and create space where tension tends to build up!

Save this for later 💛 your diaphragm will thank you.

Babies with reflux often struggle to sleep, have digestive issues and even latching issues.

Gentle circles on the diaphragm can bring relief in seconds! And we know how a happy and relaxed baby makes happy and rested parents.

This is one of the small, but powerful techniques we often teach practitioners.

This is a simple technique but highly effective when done with precision, a staple in Osteopathy for babies.
