Take a hot bath, sleep in when possible, take time to yourself as often as you can. Over thinking does not help any situation get better. A clear, calm, relaxed mind can find the solution to any problem. When you are feeling more at peace within, you will be able to manage stress much easier. Reach out to others if you need support.
