New year. Fresh goals. Same standard.
💪 Huge shoutout to our Top Attendees for January who didn’t just start strong—they showed up consistently and put in the work all month long.

January is full of good intentions, but these members proved that results come from action, not motivation. No excuses. Just effort, discipline, and commitment.

Yes — we’re officially planning our March Break Fitness Camp for 2026.

We’ve been getting messages from members asking if it’s happening again, so here it is: IT’S BACK.

Looking for a fun & active way to keep your kids moving this March Break? Our Youth Fitness Camp is the perfect mix of movement, learning, and FUN! 💪🏼

Running, rowing, jumping, throwing, climbing & lifting - all coached in a safe, engaging environment!

Planned snack & meal breaks (due to allergies please no
peanuts)
Dates: March 16-20, 2026
• Time: 8:30 AM - 12:00 PM (Late pickup available!)
Cost: $220 nonmembers - $199 members

This class does two things really well:
✔️ Preps you for HYROX
✔️ Levels up your overall conditioning

Whether you’re training for competition or just want to move better, breathe easier, and feel fitter — this one delivers.

Expect:
• Engine-building workouts
• Running, rowing & functional movements
• Sustainable intensity (hard, but smart)
• A full hour dedicated to getting uncomfortable in the best way

🕕 Tuesdays & Thursdays
⏱ 6:00 – 7:00 PM
📍 1-hour aerobic conditioning class

We’re honoured to have to opportunity on behalf of Roxy, her husband Matt, her Parents Marcia and Barry, Sister Izzy, Family and Friends, to come together to celebrate Roxy in all the ways she loved best — movement, mindfulness, connection, and caring for others.🤍

🪽 This wellness day is being hosted at Bench Fitness as a space for our community to come together and honour Roxy.
You’re welcome to join any portion of the day — come for one activity or stay for all of it. Come and go as you please.

🤍 The Day 🪽
Participation is by donation of any amount you’re able to give.
Donations can be made online (link in bio) or in person and will also earn you tickets toward prize draws, generously donated by local businesses (to be announced in the coming days).

🗓 Schedule for the Day:
🚶‍♀️ 10:00 AM — 3km Walk - Lead by

🏃‍♀️ 10:30 AM — 3km Run - Lead by

💪 11:30 AM – 12:30 PM — Workout

🧘‍♀️ 1:00 – 2:00 PM — Yoga Lead By Patricia Candelaria

💬 2:00 – 3:00 PM — Time to connect, share stories, words, and be together

Light refreshments will be available, with all proceeds going directly to the Roxy Tanton Memorial Wellness Fund.

Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or a total beginner, this class is designed for everyone to enjoy and have fun while cuddling and playing with adorable golden puppies. A $35 donation supports a great cause.

Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes early to set up and meet the puppies. Spots are extremely limited and expected to sell out quickly, so registration is required.

The busiest month of the year—and you still showed up.
💪 Huge shoutout to our Top Attendees for December who chose consistency over excuses during the holidays, colder mornings, and packed schedules.

December isn’t easy. It’s parties, travel, family commitments, and end-of-year chaos—but these members proved that progress doesn’t pause just because life gets busy.

👏 Major respect to those who:

✅ Made training a priority during the holidays.
✅ Showed up even when motivation was low.
✅ Finished the year stronger than they started it.

This is what consistency looks like. This is how habits are built. And this is how momentum carries into the new year.
