Do you feel like the year is flying by?? As we get closer to Christmas and the end of the year it means many fun events and gatherings, it can also mean that we forget to take time for ourselves and we end up overwhelmed and unable to fully enjoy the moments. Don't let that be you this holiday season, we have availability for massage Friday and over the weekend!

Both of these therapists are also running a promotion for New clients (to the clinic). If you are new and book into see either Cassi or Sydney for an appt of 60 min or longer. Book in with the SAME therapist again (60 min or longer appt) before the end of the year to receive a 3rd massage (60 min or longer) for 10 % OFF in either January or February (must be used by or on February 28th 2026.
All 3 appts must be booked with the same therapist (only applicable to Sydney or Cassi)

If you are a new client to Alternative Touch and receive two treatments (of 60 min or longer) with Cassi before December 31st. You will receive a 3rd treatment (60 min or longer) at 10% off in January or February!

It's moving into the 4th week of a teacher's strike. The Jay's are in the World Series and the Oilers are playing and Halloween is on Friday all of these things may mean you need to relax or get some work done. Luckily we have openings for you, come in for a massage, shockwave, RAPID, cupping, CST, or a pedicure to give yourself some much needed self care.
