Rest & Reset: Mindful Movement Wednesday Evening yoga and meditation. Always a gentle practice and as always, all welcome. January is a great time to start or restart your practice!

This will be a gentle evening class blending mindful movement, breath, and restorative poses.
Moving our bodies slowly, tuning in, and unwinding midweek.

January Schedule:

Wednesdays - 7pm
Thursdays- 2pm
Fridays - 9:30am

Some days, even for me, it’s harder to make our way to the mat — and that’s completely normal.

Life gets full, the mind gets busy, and our practice can slip to the side. But when stress starts to build or the mind feels a little unsettled, returning to a gentle practice can make all the difference.

In my Thursday afternoon and Friday morning classes, the focus isn’t on deep stretches or challenging poses. It’s about the connection between the asanas, the breath and resting into the stillness of the moment - moving with intention, slowing down, and letting the breath guide the body. When breath and movement come together, the nervous system softens, the mind steadies, and the practice becomes a grounding and healing space rather than another task on the list.

If you’ve been needing a calm reset, I’d love to see you on the mat. No pressure, no push - just simple, steady movement and mindfullness
