10-hour certification program

Module 1: 2 hours of self-directed learning between January 13-21, 2025
Module 2 & 3: Fridays, January 24 & 31, 2025 - 9:00am-1:00pm

Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) is the help provided to a person who is showing signs of declining mental well-being or crisis. This course is designed for parents and guardians of children, ages 12 to 24. Other adults in volunteer/ unpaid roles, supporting youth, are also welcome.

Participants must be 18 years of age, have access to high-speed internet and a we**am and be able to attend all online sessions to receive their certification.
