Our digital platform recently underwent the Mental Health Commission of Canada (MHCC) digital mental health app assessment, delivered in partnership with ORCHA — a rigorous evaluation designed to independently validate quality, safety, privacy, accessibility, and evidence-based care in digital mental health solutions.

Here’s what this means for our community:

✅ Enhanced credibility — The MHCC badge signals to governments, funders, and partners that our app meets Canada’s highest standards.
✅ Stronger user experience — The assessment helped identify where we could improve accessibility and inclusivity — like enhancing support for users with diverse needs.

There are serious health inequities facing Canadian women that have gone unnoticed or ignored. With the support of the Shoppers Drug Mart Foundation for Women’s Health Community Grants Program, we’re developing the Strongest Beginnings: Equitable Perinatal Mental Health Support Without Barriers program.
