🌸Spring is finally here!🌸 A new season can be a great time to reset family routines. Start small: one consistent bedtime, one family meal together, or one screen-free hour a day. Small changes can make a big difference.

Celebrating Quality, Accessibility & Trust in Digital Mental Health!

We’re excited to share a powerful milestone in our journey to deliver trusted, inclusive mental health support for children and families across Canada. 💛

Our digital platform recently underwent the Mental Health Commission of Canada (MHCC) digital mental health app assessment, delivered in partnership with ORCHA — a rigorous evaluation designed to independently validate quality, safety, privacy, accessibility, and evidence-based care in digital mental health solutions.

Here’s what this means for our community:

✅ Enhanced credibility — The MHCC badge signals to governments, funders, and partners that our app meets Canada’s highest standards.
✅ Stronger user experience — The assessment helped identify where we could improve accessibility and inclusivity — like enhancing support for users with diverse needs.
✅ Roadmap for continuous improvement — This isn’t just a certification — it’s a tool we’ll use to keep making our digital services even better.
✅ Greater trust and confidence — Being independently evaluated builds trust among the families and professionals we serve.

This achievement strengthens our commitment to providing effective, safe, and accessible digital mental health support for children and families everywhere.
