🚨 Feel Good Post Alert! 🚨

Giving is not just about making a donation. It is about making a difference!

While some time has passed since we wrapped up our fundraising for those impacted by the Tantallon wildfires, these funds were recently distributed.

First, a huge thanks to our staff, vendors and customers who so generously contributed to our efforts.

A family who was identified as needing support graciously accepted our offer of assistance. We were able to relieve some of the burden they were carrying by providing supplies and hiring contractors to complete some unfinished areas of their home - finishing a bathroom, installing shelves in a kitchen pantry and trim around numerous windows and doors.

The family is grateful for the kindness of all involved, and we are grateful for Wanda and Armel (Parks' previous co-owners) for their commitment to Parks, their community and the receiving family.
