Sometimes rom-coms make attachment theory surprisingly obvious. 😅

In "Can You Keep a Secret" Emma and Jack are doing the best they can with the attachment strategies they’ve developed in life and as a result hurt eachother along the way.

By the end of the movie they are able to be more responsive to eachother and the final scene of the movie is a beautiful example of co-regulation.
