About 9 months ago, I started having right side glute pain that spread to my right leg and I couldn’t walk for more than 5 minutes. I spent the half of summer trying to get better quick especially because of the month long trip to Spain in September.

I went through 5 healers and one of them said there would be 6 healers on this healing journey. I realized that the last one is myself. I WAS the missing healer. I started all my healing and spiritual practices with more dedication, sincerity and grace. Got quite better right before leaving for Spain but I wasn’t still able to carry anything heavy or do too much during the trip. I sometimes had to squat all the way down on sidewalks to ease the pain and people would stop and ask if I was okay when Craig wasn’t around.

Continued healing and practicing after got back home with occasional ebb and flow. Yoga was one of the practices I got back on track with deeper awareness and surrendering to the present moment. This 9 month journey started with pain but it was certainly a blessing. I realize more and more that there are no good or bad things happen in my life after all. It’s truly about how I perceive them. Indeed, things happen FOR me. And everything is a blessing. Namaste. ✨🙏🏻💖

Sharing my grateful heart. I attended the annual Women’s Wellness Retreat in Debert as a guest speaker last night. It was fun and loving time with such an open hearted group of women. I was also surprised to receive these lovely gifts from the event. Thank you, Wanda for having me there. It was truly an honour to be a part of this wonderful event.✨🙏🏻💖
