We are pleased to welcome Nick, a Registered Massage Therapist, to the Quinte Massage Therapy & Wellness team.

Originally from Sudbury, Nick brings a strong background in physical fitness, supported by his first advanced diploma, and a passion for helping clients feel and function at their best. He is currently training for a spring marathon and enjoys promoting movement and strength both personally and professionally.

Nick offers a wide range of treatments — from sport-specific therapy to relaxation-focused massage — and strives to help clients maintain their physical health, improve mobility, and move through daily life with greater ease.

Nick will be offering afternoon and evening appointments, and we are excited for our clients to benefit from his expertise and approachable, easy-going nature.

At our clinic, we provide therapeutic massage treatments that are centered on your health, recovery, and long-term well-being. Unlike spa services, where the focus is primarily on relaxation and hands-on time, therapeutic massage includes several important components that ensure your treatment is safe, effective, and tailored to your individual needs.Each session typically includes an intake or interview, where we review your health history, current concerns, and treatment goals. We may also perform an initial assessment or re-assessment to evaluate posture, movement, or areas of concern. These steps are vital for us to provide the best possible care, as they help guide your treatment plan and ensure that the techniques used are appropriate for your condition.

While not all of your booked time is spent directly in hands-on treatment, every part of your appointment—assessment, treatment, self-care recommendations, and charting—is considered treatment time. These elements work together to provide you with comprehensive, safe, and effective care. Our goal is not just to provide temporary relief, but to support your long-term health and recovery.

By understanding the difference between therapeutic treatments and spa services, we hope you can see the value in the complete process. Every step is designed with your well-being in mind, and the time spent outside of direct massage work plays a key role in ensuring you receive the highest standard of care.
