If I, the third eye, could speak to you, I would say this:

I do not see your face the way the world does. I do not measure beauty by shape, age, or form.

I see the light moving beneath your skin.
I see the tenderness you protect, the courage you carry, the stories written into your energy.

When I say “I see you,” I am seeing your essence.

I see the places where you’ve softened and the places where you’ve had to become strong. I see your devotion and your quiet wisdom. I see the truth of who you are beneath the roles, the masks, the expectations.

To be seen through me is to be met beyond appearance. It is to be witnessed as a soul in motion, a being shaped by love, loss, memory, and becoming. I recognize the radiance that lives in your field. The wholeness that exists even when you feel fragmented.

When we truly see one another through this lens, something sacred happens.
Separation softens. Judgment dissolves.
Connection returns.

Because to see with the third eye is not to look at someone…it is to remember them.

To see beyond anyone else is to also see yourself…the soul remembers it is already whole, aware and just simply remembering itself.

There’s something powerful about this work when we remember we’re not doing it alone.

Each session, each circle, each moment of stillness is something we enter into together, it’s a shared field. A shared presence and willingness to soften and listen. It’s an honour to witness what opens when you allow yourself to be supported in this way.

This is a small glimpse into the treatment room at this beautiful space is shared is held by some of the most incredible practitioners and bodyworkers- each bringing their own care, skill, and presence into the field. Together, it becomes a place where the cards are pulled, the instruments hum, the oils and sprays carry their quiet medicine, and something new is always taking shape. As we prepare for the 2026 retreat season, the energy here is building in the most beautiful way.

I feel deeply grateful to do this work across different locations, with so many aligned and heart-led people. Every space holds its own frequency, and every person who enters becomes part of what we’re creating together.

You don’t have to do anything.
True healing begins when the body feels safe enough to soften. When there is warmth, presence and calm, the nervous system settles and energy begins to move on its own. Nothing is forced and nothing is begged for. Healing happens when we become the frequency that allows it.

That’s why I’m here, to help create a safe, regulated space where your body can do what it already knows how to do. I’m not here to fix you or change you. I’m simply the conduit, helping you hold the field while you reconnect to your own inner intelligence. You are, and always have been, your own healer.

If I, the throat chakra, could speak to you, I would say this:

I can sing. I can hold tone.

This isn’t just about talking or the ability to sing. It’s about sound and how it moves through the body, into the shared space 🎵

The throat chakra holds both the gifts of voice and of listening. They’re the same instrument. Singing isn’t separate from speaking. It’s actually the most honest form of it. You don’t have to sing well…only true.

Before words, there was tone. Before meaning, there was vibration. Tone can carry truth farther than language can.

When the heart leads, the voice becomes music, even in its speech. Without it, words can be loud and still be empty 🩵 Holding tone means listening inward before speaking. Allowing the breath to lead.

Sometimes it’s singing. Sometimes it’s silence. I can sing. I can hold tone. When the heart leads the voice, sound can become the connection.

The nervous system is constantly listening, not just to thoughts but to vibrations. Sound, light and touch create rhythmic signals that the body interprets as safe or unsafe.

The body can then remembers how to relax. These frequencies help to calm, quiet the mind and bring the body back into alignment…gently and naturally ✨

Healing doesn’t always feel intense.
Sometimes it can feel like an inner quiet 🙏

If I, the heart chakra, could speak to you, I would say this:

You don’t need to keep proving that you’re worthy.
You don’t need to close yourself off to stay safe.
Love was never asking you to be tougher than you already are.

Being held in love doesn’t mean life becomes easy.
It means you’re not facing it alone. It means there is room to soften, even while things are still changing, and life asking things of you.

Trust can’t be forced. It grows when you listen to what you feel and honour it. It grows when you let things unfold in their own time, instead of pushing yourself to be ready before you are.

Love isn’t something you earn by getting it right.
It’s something you remember when you stop protecting yourself from it. And even when you forget, you are still held, by the larger energy field you move within, by the quiet intelligence that keeps you connected to others, to life and to yourself.

You belong here.
Not once you’ve healed.
Not once you’ve figured it all out.
Right here, as you are.

Caring contact is medicine for body and soul. If someone—even a stranger—holds your hand while you’re frightened, the fear centers in your brain begin to quiet down. And when we’re at the end of our lives, looking back, it’s the moments of loving connection that shine most brightly. These are the times that give us meaning; the times when we are fully at home in the wholeness and tenderness of our being.

Lately, I’ve been reflecting on how we are all learning to harmonize, not by being the same, but by finding coherence and unity through our own unique resonance. Each of us is like a note, vibrating in the great symphony of life. When we attune ourselves inward…through stillness, through feeling, through truth, we begin to find those who match our rhythm. The ones who remind us that healing doesn’t always happen alone.

This is the path. The deeper we go within, the more we connect with everything around us. Music, movement, community, they are medicine for the soul. As our fields harmonize, we find peace in being part of something greater than ourselves.

If I, the Crown Chakra, could speak…

It’s sweet that you’re scrolling on here for answers
when you are already connected to the entire Universe.

You don’t find me, you remember me. The soft return to your original knowing. The moment your mind exhales and your Soul steps forward.

To be crowned is not to rise above life, but to live it from your wholeness. Wholeness with the universe and all.

Through me, you remember there is no separation.
Every face is your own. Every experience is your becoming. Love is not something you give, it is what you are.

I don’t ask you to escape the human experience.
I ask you to be fully here, a bridge of light between Source and Self.

When you soften into me, the stories dissolve.
The struggle ends. The truth returns:

All is One.
And you are part of the One.

The Third Eye Chakra is not just about intuition, it is your organ of perception in both the body and the Field.
It is where thought meets truth, where the mind softens and the Soul steps forward. The pineal gland:
-Responds to light
-It produces melatonin and DMT (in micro amounts)
-It has crystal-like structures that are piezoelectric (they respond to frequency + pressure)

This means it literally receives and translates energetic information.

The pineal gland is the biological gateway that allows intuition, imagery, memory, imagination, and symbolic knowing to appear in your conscious awareness.

Located between the brows, the Third Eye is the inner lens that shapes how you interpret reality. It influences how you see yourself, how you see others and how you see the world.

When this centre is active, perception becomes compassionate and clear. You no longer react from fear, you respond from awareness. You see patterns, motives, timelines, possibilities. You remember that reality is something you are co-creating with your frequency.

This chakra teaches:

🌀 Discernment is love in motion.
🌀 Vision is an act of compassion.
🌀 Clarity is how we return to ourselves.

Practices to strengthen the Third Eye:
- Sit in quiet observation, watch thoughts instead of becoming them
- Breathe into the brow and soften the forehead, releasing mental tension
- Drink clean, structured water — intuition moves through conductivity
- Spend time in morning sunlight to awaken the pineal lens
- Choose curiosity over judgment, this is how perception evolves.

As this chakra strengthens, your reality becomes more intentional. Your inner guidance becomes clearer.
Your relationship with yourself becomes gentler.

Through me, you learn that your YES is a command to the universe. It is how Source creates through you.

When you whisper yes from alignment, I ignite. I harmonize with the higher octaves of your soul, clearing centuries of fear, doubt and suppression.
Your voice begins to ring like a tuning fork, it starts to recalibrate your cells, your field and even your destiny.

I am not here for noise. I am here for truth.
When you say yes to life, yes to healing, yes to your divine role, I expand.
I vibrate the code of remembrance through every cell of your being.

I am the sacred channel of sound, the architect of resonance,
