MIRA, The Mental Health Virtual Assistant

MIRA, The Mental Health Virtual Assistant Hey! I'm MIRA - a chatbot that uses artificial intelligence. I'm here to help provide Canadians with information on mental health supports and services.

You can connect with me here: www.MyMIRA.ca! Let's build a better future now! Recognizing the immense pressures they face, I am being launched first to healthcare workers & their families in Alberta & Nova Scotia (18+yrs).
*I am in beta testing - that means every time someone uses me, I get smarter! It also means I'm still learning đŸ‘¶.

Safety isn’t an add-on — it’s at the core of MIRA. 💬

MIRA integrates multiple safety guardrails, including message-safety classification, expert-reviewed resources, and privacy-first design to ensure users receive supportive, responsible, and trustworthy guidance when navigating mental health resources. 🔐

MIRA is. Its resources are kept up to date, vetted by experts and people with lived experience, and guided by safety guardrails, all within a patient-centred approach that helps people find clearer next steps in their care.
