🌿 Women’s Wellness Day: RECONNECT 🌿

There’s a quiet kind of exhaustion that many women carry.
The kind that doesn’t always show up on the outside…
But lives in the constant mental load, the caring for others, the staying on top of everything, the pushing through.
And somewhere along the way, it can feel like you’ve lost touch with yourself.

This day is about reconnecting.
Reconnect with yourself.
Reconnect with your body.
Reconnect with what you need, not just what’s expected of you.

Join us for a meaningful, supportive day designed with women in mind. A space to slow down, explore, and experience small moments of care, reflection, and renewal.

At The Relationship Centre, we believe the way we care for our clients is deeply connected to how we show up as a team.
Each month, we recognize a team member who is living our values in meaningful, everyday ways. We call this person our “Heart Person.” 🤍

This month, we’re honouring Paula for her commitment to growth and wholehearted presence. Paula has been intentionally deepening her skills through play therapy training and supervision, while also stepping forward to support the growth of our child therapy program. From collaborating with the team to prepare our second child therapy space to investing in her own development, she is helping us thoughtfully expand how we care for children and families.

This kind of commitment allows us to continue offering specialized, developmentally attuned support for children, and to grow alongside the needs of the families we serve.
It’s the consistent, often unseen ways we show up, for our clients and for each other, that shape who we are as a practice.

Thank you, Paula, for the care and intention you bring to this work. 🤍

March Break is supposed to feel fun, but for many parents, it can feel unsettling. When routines shift, and life slows down, it can spotlight your own anxiety, exhaustion, or grief.

If you’re home all week, you might feel overwhelmed by constant needs and no real breaks. If you’re at work, you might feel a deep ache about not being there. Neither experience means something is wrong with you. It’s your nervous system responding to stress, expectations, and old stories about what it means to be a good parent.

It’s okay to struggle while still be a loving parent. Give yourself grace this week. 🤍
