Healing HEART WORK

Healing HEART WORK page is about educating and transforming our view of inner and outer health. Many modalities of healing work whether it be yoga, counseling, body or energy work are often limited by their foundational guidelines and beliefs. The foundation is appropriate and perfect in each model. But as humans we are always stepping outside the lines. If the model doesn't accept certain parts of ourselves then we are left creating more false selves to fit the model. These become layers of covering of the true self. Healing HEART WORK attempts to accept all parts of self and to fluently move from one modality to another to support each individuals process. Healing HEART WORK utilizes yoga, body work, counseling and healing touch to integrate self. A commitment of 5-10 sessions helps the individual to see their progress and to make a commitment to their inner growth. A basic intention is created but each session is defined at the time of the session. One day we might cover nutrition and how it affects our life energy, another we might uncover tears and frustration--a gateway to release blocked emotions. In these ways we are listening to the inner voice as well as how our world and its energies are affecting us.
